Thank you for your interest in trxy™! Follow the instructions below based on your device platform.

iOS (iPhone/iPad) Installation ​

trxy™ is now available on the App Store in Africa!

Installation Steps ​

  1. Open the App Store on your iOS device
  2. Search for trxy™
  3. Tap Get or Download
  4. Wait for the installation to complete
  5. Launch trxy™ from your home screen

Updates ​

App Store will automatically notify you when new versions are available. You can enable automatic updates in your App Store settings to stay up to date.

Android Installation - Beta Access Required ​

Android installation currently requires joining our closed testing group.

Sign Up for Beta Access ​

To join the Android beta program, send an email to trxy.beta@gmail.com with:

  • Your name
  • Your Google Play email address

You'll receive an invitation link within 24 hours.

Installation Steps ​

  1. Once you receive your beta invitation email, open it on your Android device
  2. Tap the link to join the Google Play Beta Program
  3. Sign in with your Google account if prompted
  4. Tap Become a tester
  5. Open the Google Play Store app
  6. Search for trxy™ or use the link provided in your invitation email
  7. You should see a note that you're a beta tester
  8. Tap Install
  9. Wait for the download to complete
  10. Launch trxy™ from your app drawer

Updates ​

Beta updates will be delivered automatically through the Google Play Store, just like regular app updates. You can enable auto-updates in the Play Store settings.

Your feedback helps us improve trxy™! Please report bugs, suggestions, or issues to:

trxy.beta@gmail.com

When reporting issues, please include:

  • Device model and OS version
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Screenshots if applicable
  • Any error messages you see

Note for Android Beta Testers ​

  • The beta version may contain bugs or incomplete features
  • Your data is backed up, but beta versions can be unstable
  • Features and UI may change significantly between beta releases
  • Not all features may be available in the beta

Leaving the Android Beta ​

To leave the Android beta program:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Search for trxy™
  3. Scroll down and tap Leave in the beta section
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app to get the production version (when available)
