Getting Started ​

Creating an Account ​

  1. Download trxy™ from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
  2. Open the app and tap "Register"
  3. Enter your email, username, and password
  4. Complete your profile to start connecting with other skaters

Core Features ​

Challenges

  • Tap the "+" button to create a new challenge
  • Select a trick and target skater
  • Set a description and timeline
  • Track challenge status in your profile

Social Timeline

  • View real-time updates from skaters you follow
  • Like and comment on challenges
  • See milestone achievements and completions

Spot Discovery

  • Browse interactive maps to find skateboarding spots
  • Filter by spot type (park, street, stairs, etc.)
  • Add new spots you discover

Profile & Following

  • Search for skaters and build your network
  • View challenge history and stats
  • Manage your followers and following

Troubleshooting ​

Common Issues ​

Login Problems

  • Verify your email address is correct
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try resetting your password
  • Clear app cache and restart

Map Not Loading

  • Ensure location permissions are enabled
  • Check internet connectivity
  • Restart the app

Challenge Not Appearing

  • Pull down to refresh your timeline
  • Verify you're following the user
  • Check challenge privacy settings

Photo Upload Issues

  • Ensure camera permissions are enabled
  • Check available storage space
  • Try reducing photo size
  • Verify internet connection

Account Management ​

Updating Your Profile ​

  • Open Settings → Profile
  • Edit username, bio, or profile photo
  • Changes sync automatically

Deleting Your Account ​

  • Open Settings → Account
  • Select "Delete Account"
  • Confirm deletion (this cannot be undone)
  • All your data will be permanently removed
